Surrogacy for married couples
Surrogacy in Ukraine is allowed for married heterosexual couples only. Surrogacy process is quite straightforward, but the Intended Parents need to meet certain in order to qualify for the program:
- you need to be officially married
- the Intended Mother needs to have indication for surrogacy (certified by the relevant doctor’s opinion or medical certificate). History of 4 (and more) unsuccessful IVF attempts can also be considered as indication for surrogacy — in that case you need to provide relevant medical records
- the Intended Father needs to be able (naturally or surgically) to donate his gametes for embryo creation
