Maria joined the team of Repromedicine SEDA more than 6 years ago to occupy the position of the Head of the Logistics Department. Her main task is to ensure every client is satisfied with his stay during the trip to Ukraine: starting from the meeting at the airport to a comfortable accommodation. She is also responsible for housekeeping personnel.

“My duty is very clear: to make sure the clients feel comfortable and secure in the foreign country. I know what it means to be a stranger in a new place: foreign language,  mentality,  people etc. Taking into account that they come for the treatment, they are under some particular stress from the very beginning, as they need to put trust on the unknown people. So I make sure they don’t stress about the logistics part. I make sure everything is prepared on the highest level. If the clients face any difficulties during their stay in Ukraine, my job is to put their minds at ease. Can I be called Maria “problem-solver”? 🙂
